The bookshop in the heart of the countryside!

We stock a wide range of Antiquarian and Second-hand books. We also have a wide range of new books at second-hand prices, children’s books and an extensive collection of gardening books.

Sunday 10am - 5:00pm

We are also open on Bank Holidays.

Please note that the bookshop is normally closed Monday to Thursday but you are welcome to view our stock on these days by appointment.

Our barn is packed with a wide range of books and new acquisitions are constantly arriving.

Some of our stock is listed on this site but if you wish to obtain books by mail, please contact us first for a full quote which includes the cost of postage & packing. Our stock includes:

If you cannot find the book you are looking for listed on this site please contact us - it may be on our shelves.

We also offer a search service for rare books.

We aim to provide a fast friendly service at reasonable prices from our farm-based barn.
